My position is Martech Project Intern - Global Marketing Team. My duties lie between design, engineering and marketing.

Solo redesigned and developed marketplace website to improve conversion with Figma and HTML/CSS
Liase marketing and engineering teams using Jira to facilitate business alignment and expedite action items
Redefined Earthly design system to increase the brand trustworthiness
Negotiated between stakeholders and engineering for the best result

Earthly marketplace is a page allows customers to scroll through their high-quality projects and
choose to support the nature-based projects that best align with customers' business goals;
whether that's balancing certain impact, investing in causes they care about, or taking action to protect nature.
